If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 90 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

Zulu Shack Creative does not provide any warranty or guarantee Software products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers and that they will work exactly as you want. Please use the trial version to ensure that our products meet your expectations prior to making the purchase.
6. Price changes
Zulu Shack Creative reserves the right to change our individual product prices at any time without prior notice. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
7. Support
We offer FREE 1 YEAR SUPPORT for all commercial products until you are completely satisfied. We are not responsible for supporting free products but we will try to provide support if our technical team can arrange the time.
The following services are NOT covered by the 1-year support free option:
Compatibility check between nopCommerce and other software packages;
Installation;
- Integration of the purchased products;
- Error correction caused during buyer installation;
- Error correction caused during buyer software upgrade;
- Modules/themes customization;
- Product integration troubleshooting;
- nopCommerce performance optimization and tuning;
- Third-party developers consultation;
- Product version update with different modules or themes.
8. Product compatibility
It is our duty to always keep our products (plugins and extensions) up-to-date and working with the latest version of nopCommerce. However, our products are intended to work with specific versions of nopCommerce only. Each time information about product compatibility will be indicated in the description of the product.
9. Site content
All content, including imagery, published on the Zulu Shack Creative.com domain, including site content published on the showcase, is property of Zulu Shack Creative Ltd and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Zulu Shack Creative.com web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Zulu Shack Creative.
Trademarks not owned by Zulu Shack Creative that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Zulu Shack Creative.
10. Intellectual property
We are the copyright holder of the Software. The Software or a portion of it is a copyrightable matter and is liable to protection by the law. Any activity that infringes the terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the current law. We reserve the right to revoke the license of any user who is holding an invalid license.
You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or product or website.
You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation to anyone. You may not place the Software on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.
You are bound to preserve the copyright information intact.
11. Breach of contract
If you fail to use the Software in accordance with the License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the Software is revoked.
12. Links
Zulu Shack Creative has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Zulu Shack Creative of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
13. Site terms of use modifications
Zulu Shack Creative may revise these terms of use for its Site at any time without notice.
14. Limitation of liability
We will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information, and your business arising out of the use or inability to use this Software.
We are not liable for prosecution arising from the use of the Software against law or for any illegal use.
